OK, this is my first real blog on here.                                                                                                    Yesterday, my brothers were gone spending the night with their (and my) favorite aunt. So my dad went out and got my mom and I the 3rd movie in the Love Comes Softly series, Love's Long Journey. It was SO neat!!! The story line was excellent and the characters did SUCH a wonderful job. The movie made you laugh AND cry! And the best part, they talk about God throughout the WHOLE movie! Near the end one man shared the message of salvation with a man on his deathbed! Anyway, it was really good.
Yesterday, my little brother Micah had a eye doctor appointment as he's been having bad headaches and Mom was wondering if he might need glasses. Well, he was NOT happy with the idea of possibly wearing those! So when the doctor told him his eyes were fine....he was ecstatic!
During my quiet time, I was reading in Psalms 118 and verse 17 popped out at me. It said: "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD."
That really convicted me on what God wants me to be doing! He wants to be GLORIFIED by my life! How can I do that? Live to please Him, live to walk in His will, and give Him my ALL! Why not? He gave His all for me on that cruel cross! Oh! I love Him SO!
